Hotel Reservation FAQs

Are there any fees for changing or canceling my reservation?

Reservations not guaranteed for late arrival are refundable at any time. Guaranteed late arrival reservations are refundable until 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in. All changes and cancellations must be processed by 1-800-FlyEurope's tour division, 1-800-FlyEurope, and not through the hotel.


How is my rate guaranteed?

For most bookings, only a partial pre-payment is required. The balance is paid upon check-out, with a guaranteed dollar exchange rates. Fully pre-paid bookings are guaranteed in dollars at the time of booking.


Can a make a "last minute" reservation?

Subject to availability, we are able to accommodate same day reservations. For last minute reservations, please call us toll free at 800-359-3876 (Canada and USA).


What do I need to pick-up my car?

Reservation vouchers are required. 1-800-FlyEurope's vouchers contain specific information about the room you have reserved, the nightly rate, and other details. Vouchers are faxed to you immediately upon receipt of payment, and a copy is mailed the next business day. A credit card must be provided at the time of check-in.


How can I pay for my reservation?

1-800-FlyEurope accepts American Express, Discover, Diners, Mastercard, Visa, and checks.


Do you have toll-free service from overseas?

Instructions will be provided with your confirmation voucher, so you may contact us toll-free should you require assistance after departure.
