What if I find a better rate for a rental car?

1-800-FlyEurope guarantees the best rates and service available. If you happen to find a lower rate with comparable service, location, terms, and surcharges, we'll beat it! To submit the lower rate to us, please complete our Guaranteed Best Rate form.


Is there a fee for canceling or changing a reservation?

There is no fee to change or cancel a car rental booking provided that you contact 1-800-FlyEurope before the end of the rental period. All changes and cancellations must be processed by 1-800-Fly-Europe and not through our overseas affiliates.


How is my rate guaranteed?

Our rates are guaranteed in dollars. For most bookings, only a partial pre-payment is required. The balance is paid upon return of the rental car, with a guaranteed dollar exchange rate.


What kind of insurance can I get for my rental car?

For your convenience, 1-800-FlyEurope has rates that do and do not include additional insurance. Insurance coverage varies by country. Please see the insurance information in the Driving Information section for the country where you will be renting a car or our detailed insurance information page.


How quickly can I confirm my reservation?

We can confirm most reservations with as little as 20 minutes advance notice. For last minute reservations, please call us toll free at 1-800-359-3876 (Canada and USA).


What do I need to pick-up my car?

Reservation vouchers are required. 1-800-FlyEurope's vouchers contain specific information about the car you have reserved, the rental rate, and other details. If you reserve by phone, vouchers are faxed to you immediately upon receipt of payment. If you reserve online, vouchers are emailed to you immediately upon receipt of payment. In either case, a copy is mailed the next business day. A rental agreement is completed at the rental counter at the time of pick-up. See our Sample Voucher for more information.


How can I pay for my rental?

1-800-FlyEurope accepts American Express, Discover, Diners, Mastercard, Visa, and checks.


When is your reservation center open?

Our reservations center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us at 1-800-359-3876 or make a reservation online.


Do you have toll-free service from overseas?

Instructions will be provided with your confirmation voucher, so you may contact us toll-free should you require assistance after departure. (Emergency road service is provided locally with every rental.)
