Travel Visa Information for Austria

U.S. tourists and business travelers visiting Austria do not need a visa; however a passport valid for at least 90 days after your departure is required. The maximum length of stay for a visit to Austria is 90 days. Austria is a party to the Schengen Agreement.

If you are traveling to Austria and plan to stay longer than 90 days, you must obtain the appropriate visa issued by the Austrian Embassy.
