The drawing is open to all residents of the continental United States, over the age of 21, with a valid email address, and is void outside of the continental United States and where prohibited.
Entry is obtained by submitting your email address to 1800FlyEurope between Dec 1, 2009 and March 31, 2009. 1800FlyEurope will not share or distribute the email address with any other entities outside of our corporate structure. There is no cost involved with entering the drawing.
Only one (1) email entry per person is allowed per email address. All email addresses must be valid, and meet all age and resident restrictions. 1800FlyEurope is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate submissions, including false email addresses or technical errors associated with the submission. All incorrect entries will be voided. Entries that are lost, misdirected, or late, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction congestion or incompatibility at our servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible.
The prize will be two round-trips airline tickets to Iceland on Iceland Express. Accommodations will be economy class and from NYC and must be used between June-August 2010. Tickets are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or sold. Once the tickets are issued, they are non-changeable and will have no denied-boarding compensation attached to them. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the tickets.
The winner will be selected on March 31, 2010, and will be notified using the email address submitted. The selected winner will have seven (7) days to acknowledge the notification and claim their prize. Failure to do so within the seven day period will void the selection, and result in an alternate winner being selected. If the alternate winner fails to acknowledge their notification, the contest will be ended.
As an entrant into the drawing, you agree to release and hold 1800FlyEurope and all its employees harmless from any and all damages, claims, losses and rights of any kind in connection with any aspect of the drawing. The winner may be required to sign a release of liability before the award is given.
All prizes are subject to all Federal, state of Maine and local laws and regulations.
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
