Over the course of 7 days, the International Jazz Competition takes place in Bucharest adding flavor to the contemporary music scene. Any band or vocalist 35 and under can participate in this week long competition. The best and brightest stars of the European jazz scene converge on the city. Their mission is to promote creativity and freedom in young musicians in a time when the commercial is the compromise to success in music.
